We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. After a well deserved break and a recharging of the batteries, the entire JCW Acoustic Flooring team is now fully back in the swing of things.

We’re pleased to report that 2014 has begun in a similar vein to 2013, i.e. busy.

One project we’ve been working on in the past week or so is the installation of acoustic flooring within the Accommodation Building at Nelson Fire Station.

The main contractor for the assignment was F Parkinson (www.fparkinson.co.uk) whilst we worked on behalf of timber frame contractors Lowfield Timber Frames (www.lowfieldtimberframes.co.uk).

Taking two days to complete, the acoustic system utilised was JCW80T, spanning a total distance of 120m2.
