The month of June is off to a typically busy start for JCW as we supply and fit one of our many acoustic flooring solutions at a new housing development in Golborne, a town within the Metropolitan Borough of Wigan.

Situated on Grimshaw Street, the development will incorporate 10 two-bedroom affordable apartments and is due for completion in the autumn.

Appointed by Whittle Construction who are working on behalf of Adactus Housing Association, we have been installing our JCW 80T Batten at five of the 1^stfloor apartments over a week-long period.

Our parent company JCW Floor Screeding have also been on site, carrying out the floor screeding requirements for each of the five flats.

It’s been a real team effort.
