Cellecta ScreedBoard 20 is a high-density, gypsum-based acoustic flooring deck that can be used to improve acoustic performance and safely overlay underfloor heating.
Because of its high thermal conductivity, Cellecta ScreedBoard 20, is an ideal overlay board that both protects underfloor heating and allows it to run efficiently with faster reaction times.
ScreedBoard 20 can also be laid directly onto routed insulation, reducing installation time, while also offering a minimal increase in floor height – due to its low 20mm profile.

Another distinct difference between the two is their thickness. Screedboard 20 is only 20mm thick, whereas Screedboard 28 is 28mm thick, including a 20mm facing board and 8mm resilient layer.

Is Cellecta Screedboard 20 easy to install?
Yes, you’ll be pleased to know that Cellecta Screedboard 20 is both quick and easy to install.
No screws are needed – just a tape measure, Pro adhesive, YELOfon FS/ES strip, hand or circular saw, 6-8mm packers, and club hammer.
When installing Screedboard 20 atop an underfloor heating system, you must make sure you carry out the necessary tests (including pressure testing), and never use the heat from the system to dry the adhesive.
