Ok, although not quite strictly true, we have just started work at a brand new student accommodation project for Newcastle University on behalf of Graham Construction, a privately owned company operating in the construction, asset management and project investment markets.

Kensington and Park Terrace is costing £13 million and involves the construction of 347 new beds in the city.

Our team ventured up to the North East last month where they are utilising our JCW50T acoustic battens. Work is progressing well and we expect to have finished our contribution to the project by next month.

It is anticipated that the building will be fully occupied by September 2014.
