Last month our acoustic flooring crew ventured “daan saaf” after we were appointed to fit our JCW 80T system throughout a brand new apartment block in the London Borough of Southwark.

Installing 1285m2, it took us approximately a month to conclude the job on Rotherhithe Old Road where a total of 14 affordable residential apartments are being built over a 12-month period in a £2m scheme.

We were awarded the contract by The Oakwood Group Ltd who possess nearly 30 years’ experience of house building in London and the Home Counties.

Interestingly and conscious of environmental concerns, 10 per cent of the predicted annual energy consumption of the dwellings is to be generated from on-site renewable energy sources, principally photovoltaic panels.

It’s another fantastic project to add to our growing portfolio of high-profile jobs.
