Eric Wright Construction were employed by developers Capital and Centric to build the 75 new build apartments in the centre of Manchester. The apartments were completed in April 2020. With floor to ceiling windows, these one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are on average 35% larger than typical new build apartments.
JCW Acoustic Flooring supplied and installed the JCW Acoustic Cradle System to the 75 apartments throughout 2019 and into 2020. JCW had up to 7 operatives on site at times to ensure that the fast-paced programme was met. The JCW Acoustic Cradle system provides a level floor whilst offering excellent airborne and impact sound attenuation.
