Further to our recent work on a new apartment block in Southwark, the start of a brand new month marks the start of another new project down in London for JCW Acoustic Flooring where we are fitting one of our popular acoustic solutions at a new property development.

For the next two weeks, our team will be based in West Dulwich as they install the JCW 80T acoustic batten system at 17-21 Thurlow Park Road, the site of seven new-build private apartments situated in the heart of the London Borough of Lambeth.

The product is being utilised on the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rdfloors of the building, covering a 400m2 area so there’s plenty for us to do.

We were appointed to the job by Pinewood Timber Frames (one of the UK’s largest suppliers of timber buildings and sustainable homes) who are in turn working for the main contractor, Yellow Fish Ltd.

The development itself is being managed by Blenheim Bishop, a commercial and residential agency formed in 1991 focused on development land and investments.
